When I began my own training journey it was to maximize my performance as an athlete. However, what I wanted was more than just athleticism. I wanted to know the TRUTH and the real science of training.
When I was young and scavenging through the internet, I had no idea what information was right or wrong. It lead to more confusion and random training and results.
Finally through my own pain and training, I pursued a career in strength and conditioning, invested tens of THOUSANDS of dollars, traveled the world for new jobs and learning opportunities and eventually made it to the professional and national team levels as a coach.
My goal was knowledge and wisdom and to be a top coach. The things I learned became such high level knowledge it allowed me to achieve incredible results with my athletes.
I knew I wanted to share what I learned to help others achieve their goals too. High performance is not just for athletes. I knew it could help anyone who was willing to put in the work and wanted more from their life.
Now finally I am making this information available to ALL. Those who I have helped have changed their lives, becoming happier, more energetic and more fulfilled than ever.
Now THIS has become the most gratifying thing I have been doing. Even more than helping top athletes achieve their most desired goals.
The bar in the fitness industry is too low and this became even more apparent when I opened my coaching to the public.
My clients were seeing INSTANTANEOUS changes with their body, energy and how they feel overall. They could not believe that THIS is what training should feel like and how when you start on the right path, good things start to happen right away.
They could not believe it because they felt they tried everything already and invested thousands of dollars only to be disappointed.
